i just got the 4lb lower x-mas special.my question is about the chip.i ordered the chip with a single program.after reading the instruction i get to installing the switch cable into the chip.i do not have a switch cable.so if i install the chip am i ready to go or am i missing something?

 

The switch is for a multiple program chip. Which appearently you have only purchased a single program chip. Don't worry about it.

wydopen is right you dont have to worry about the switch until you want another/ or more tunes added to it.
