hey all i made it to NC well just wanted to say i have been here for a few months now and settled in and everything... just wondering where the tracks are around here... im at seymour johnson air force base and cant wait til spring or summer to hit the tracks before going to the sandbox in january 06 well let me know thanks

You may want to check out the Fayetteville Dragway next to the Fay. Airport also(did not see it on the list). Freky Fridays,Sunday afternoons(good stuff)45-60 mins from Goldsboro. Welcome and enjoy the Racing here "Southern Style."

The nearest track to you would probably be wayne county drad strip, the only down fall is it is 1/8mile.

Fay is great also, some of us guys go out there. They are open on sundays for test and tune, not sure what time the open, around 12 I believe, and open till 5 or 6.

I can't believe you know a year in advance. I will be deploying early 05 for my second time and this is also the second time i had 3 months (or less) notice. You got nothing to worry about their Mike
