Interesting that you put the feed through the egr I wonder what effect that has with the dispursment of the gas through the intake , being its coming in through a smaller port on the side? Its stealth, though..I'll give you that!

you're the first on the block to try something .... < grin >

already there and primed to deliver ... < grin >
SVT_KY don't post and split. We have all these questions and no answers. That's a totally awesome stealth set-up. Don't you need a chip with a N20 tune when you're running the giggle gas? What do A/F's look like when spraying?
Come on, we need answers.

It has long been postulated that the cheapest way to
high HP is the Nitrous path. So when the opportunity
to be a "mule" for some new stuff that is being developed
for the Lightning (following the 03 Cobra kit setup) I of
course HAD to volunteer ... I think the outcome proves
that for the dollar, the N2O is pretty HP packed.
They did a PEE test to make sure the fuel rails had enough
ummph to support the nitrous, and then the rest is just
stock stuff. EXCEPT for the crazy idea to use the EGR as
the point of injection!!!! That plate is specially designed
for our trucks, and it is really trick ... all billet and stuff.
The fellas at Holley have all the data on all the runs, but
we ended up with just trying up to the 75 HP shot with
all stock everything. No Chip, No Pulley. Base line pulls
were made, and then stepped through all the nozzle sizes
that they wanted to. Because of the S/C, there is a bigger
improvemnt than what the nozzles produce on a regular
N/A motor.
I don't know about the other Nitrous kits, but with this
setup you don't need any special tune or anything. The
air/fuel's were right on the money and punch is unreal.
They had tried another Lightning before, but it didn't pass
the **** test. The two truicks were within 8 HP of each
other on the baseline runs. (Interesting that even with
the vaunted Cobra Watrer Pump, Electric Fan, etc etc. the
difference was statistically null)
The kits should be available to the general public in about
three weeks or so ...
I will post the dyno sheets as soon as I get them scanned.
