with the JDM engine they are building for me and all the cams and high preformance parts heads cams pistons etc Well come spring when the weather turns warm we will see who builds the best and most powerfull high preformance engine. when it comes to all out power consult JDM i am sure they will build you an engine like mine. they programed my chip 101 octane. plus several more programs this should be one bad A$$ 2003 lightning if its power you are looking for just talk to jimIII at jdm and get the set up i got thanks my lightning friends see you at the track come spring

We still have Tom's motor here, we spoke last night. Its in shortblock stage and is waiting to have the heads and cams assembled. The truck will be capable of putting out over 600 hp with a KB and race fuel just like all of our fully built motors. Thanks for the kind words Tom. mine went at 38,000 miles and i felt really bad.somebody's always got it worse than you do.

a built motor will make it all better. better be at least putting a valve body in the trans. since it's down already. add a convertor too....that is if you have any spare change left.

Hey man, JDM builds nice motors. I've got a JDM built short block in my truck. Very durable, after many 1/4 mile passes it's still running strong. I also have JLP's heads and stage 3 cams which along with JLP's power plenum, my truck is making great HP and torque to the wheels. The real numbers came when Jim at JDM tuned the truck with the SCT Tuner and my truck went 10.75 @ 127 MPH at Atco in early December. I'm happy having what you could call a "mutt" motor. It gets the job done, and I don't have to put up with Tuner/Vendor controversy because the outcome is I have a very fast truck that is the joint effort of 2 performance company's making one truck go like heck. Thanks to both JDM and JLP I can be happy with their hard work.
