For those running Hankooks

For the guys that are running hankooks. What do you think of them so far. Need a new set of tires the F1's have about had it. All opinions are welcome good or bad.

Well, on Monday I had a set of Toyo Proxes installed after contemplating between the Hankook and Toyos. I liked the looks of both...the Hankooks were a little cheaper...but, like someone posted on here, who wants the letters HANKOOK on your tires for everyone to see and ask "who/what is that?" So, I went with the Toyo and I'm glad I did. Nice looking tire and rides well. I'm sure the Hankooks are good tires too! But, Toyo was my choice!

Wow you really care what others "may" say about what make your tires are?

Hey Keith, Nice pic of your Lightning! Like I've always said to you, the only problem with those Hankooks is that they will go to full boil when you "hit it" with that beast!!

They work great for a street tire. As for saying HANKOOK on the side I guess the writing GOODYEAR on the side is much better. But hey when you roll into your tire shop for your next set of goodyears in a YEAR you will wish you got the Hankooks. Each to his own. Good Luck.

buying crappy hard tires kills the handling and performance of the truck.

Like the toyos the hankooks look like all show and no go. agressive looking but crappy for performance.

Buy eagle f1's, Nitto's, or BFG's.

Tires are the most important actor in vehicle performance PERIOD. why cheap out?

No one has any feedback on them from a performance stand point that is currently running them? Thanks for the replies thus far.

Compared to the HD's OEM Goodyear GT II's, Hankooks are a major improvement to include cornering, launch, road noise, and wet weather traction.

Don't get me wrong, F1's are good all around tires (rain and snow notwithstanding) however replacing them every 20K miles gets a little salty.
