A new "Night before Christmas"-Lightning style.
A new "Night before Christmas"-Lightning style.
Please forgive me before hand, but i'm sitting here trapped into watching the Laguna Beach marathon with the female friend, so i must entertain myself. Here's my new version for ya.
T'was just weeks before Christmas,
as I look back on the year.
I find more and more reasons,
for us all to cheer.
Some front wheels were left hanging,
as the throttle was let rip.
And Johnny's Gen 2,
got a 9 second slip.
The 10 second club list,
continues to grow.
They still leave the track,
without needing a tow.
Some of us were saddened,
as some trucks have changed hands.
The owners still show support,
even if just in the stands.
All the internet fights,
continue to bore.
Cause when we all meet at the track,
it's all thrown out the door.
Don's Bolt finally got
his truck in the 10's.
They busted his *****,
till he did it again.
The engine of doom was so sick,
till something went wrong.
But it's was put back together ,
and still running strong.
With Rob and Gator's new setups,
comming soon for next year.
Which one will end up getting the view,
of the other one's rear???
As Vinny's flamed monster,
looks sicker and sicker.
It now wears the pride
of the 10 second sticker.
Sal has been so busy,
as the competition builds stiff.
We'll see what becomes,
of that insane new centrif.
JL's E.T. drops,
as he keeps shedding weight.
Will he be the first Gen 2,
through the 8 second gate??
After sitting and sitting,
Jim's truck will leave the stable.
I wonder what a 4 valve and whipple
will bring to the table?
As the temperature drops,
and it starts to snow.
You southerners are so lucky,
you don't even know!!!
So as the season winds down,
and the truck's put away.
I count down the days,
until opening day.
So we all thank you Sal,
Johnny, Paul, Greg and Jim.
Mark, Mike and Tommy,
Stan, Brian and Tim!!!
When I bought my truck,
I knew it was fast.
I never imagined,
I'd have such a blast.
At times we will argue,
at times we agree.
But we all share the love,
for our Ford S V T!!!
Thank you and Good night!!!
