Hoosiers QT Pros 28 x 14.5 x 16 with new Eagle rims 16x11

not to be a pain in the *** but is the offset standard and how much room do you have on side wall to springs? i would like to go for the same set up.thanks

No off set, no mods, just bolt on and go; you will need to get new lug nuts 14mm x2.0 with a tapered seat.

I had those same tires on 10 inch rims. I could never get them to lay down all of the 14.5 tread when I launced. I always left about a inch on each side and never really got good 60 foot times with them.

They might work for you, since you have 11 inch wide rims. I thought Hoosier recommended a 12 inch wide rim for that particular size. That' why they came out with the 11.5 QTP"s, Hard to find a rim in a 12 inch width in a 16 inch size.

Just one; I did not stall it up; but did a super fast "roll into it" and it hooked like a big dog! with no burn out first; this is only a street set up; I have new hoosier radial & 15inch wheels for the track.

DL your right I can see what your talking about, the tire seems to moon a bit.. but its a damn fat looking set uo and hooks far better than my nittos; on nittos my truck has made 11;30 pass I hope to see a 10 before 05 :-)
