Well we never made it back to the track today. I am going to see if I cant get a track rental this week before I go to PRI. ATCO closes next weekend and so does Cecil and Ill be at PRI. We put the truck on the dyno last night and it was getting late so I figured to dyno it in the morning and I'd head off to the track. Got in the shop at 8:30 this morning I knew I had to leave by 10:30 to make it to ATCO before I couldnt race. Atco is and hour and 20 minutes from my shop. We changed nitrous jets to a 150 shot and made the first pull. The airfuel was between 11.0 and 10.9, horsepower on that pull was 787 and 1015 FT/LBs of torque. I decided to bring the AF up to about 11.8 and on the next pull the bottle was empty we were also out of nitrous in the shop I guess this is what happens when you decide 6 O'clock friday night to head to the track on Saturday. We didnt get back from the track until 6 or so saturday night. Every local Nitrous shop was closed today. From the 10.2 pass it made 730 HP and just over 900 FTLBs of torque the pulley combo was an 8lb lower and a 3.10 upper the reason I decided to put a larger upper on was to take some of the initial torque when the nitrous hits away by going from a 2.80 to a 3.10 which definatley worked because of a full weight street truck and ATCOs traction was iffey yesterday. Doing the calculation between the weight, the ET that it went and MPH I knew was going to have to make 75 to 90 HP across the board to claim top spot being the truck is so heavy. If I could have gotten the AF where I wanted we would have probably hit the 800 HP mark. These numbers are SAE. I will keep everybody informed if I can get the track before PRI. If not everything local here is closed untill the end of January.

P.S. Chikin your still the fastest daily driven street truck even though MLNIUM is still full street capability it hasnt had license plates on it since Ive owned it.

Now that JDM has claimed the number 2 and number 3 spot long term customer Kevin White's truck is under the knife right now, just putting the big fuel system on it and nitrous install will be finished before I leave. Kevins truck has always been one of the fastest non nitrous trucks running 10.6 @ 128. It won the pro Lightning class at Lightning Fest 2 years ago. If I get the track rental I am going to try and put him in the #1 spot. This makes my Job much harder to build that much more reliable horsepower on stock suspension/full weight trucks. Bills truck would have been a 9.70 yesterday If I shed off 800 lbs and would be alot easier on the engine not to have to pull that much weight.

I think he was referring to another tuners truck.
