At least it's not a plain F-150 poser that want's to be a lightning.

 

My view of rice is this:

If it looks fast, well, it better damn well BE fast!!
For me, rice consists of these factors and a few others I probably missed:

1) Fart can mufflers
2) Neon
3) Unpainted or primered body kits, including non carbon fiber hoods (if you have a carbon fiber hood on anything, that's pretty cool IMO)
4) colored tires
5) Aftermarket clear lenses that look so clear they're almost white
6) big, huge stickers all over the place

I think the word "Tacky" has become a synonym for "Rice" ..... or maybe "Confused" is a better choice.

Example:
Don is a "Ricer" with that "Tacky" roll cage, and he must have been "Confused" when he ordered those rims.

Therefore Don = Rice (just playin )

Those ebay projectors with the 'angel eyes' and the LEDs along the bottom... those are rice for sure. So cheap and gaudy looking, and so out of place on a Lightning.
