servicing the blower-service interval
I have a 03 lightning. What kind of servicing is required for the eaton blower? Does it require periodic maintence & what type of lubricant does it require? Does the front bearing & the rear bearing area require separate areas of servicing.
I work at a lexus dealership so i'm familiar with maintence but not on this product.

I serviced mine at 2000 miles with a 6lb lower and then serviced at 9000 miles with a 8lb lower and 2.7 upper.lol...
They seem to be pretty maintainance free.U can suck out the oil through the fill hole with a pump and refill it but i dont think its necessary.I think the bearings would go before the oil would breakdown so i guess u could lube them every 50,000. if your spinning the sh#$t out of it.
