bushing change question

How hard is it to get the factory bushings out from the upper and lower control arms? I am wanting to swap out the stock rubber bushings with prothane ones.

Umm, may have to rethink this, I am also replacing the stock top Isolator wit a polyurethane one. Any down side to that?

I think I got the picture! Thanks for saving me the hard ache, cussing, etc.. I may consider control arms down the road but for now, I just want a little more agressive stance with what I have. Thanks for the input
