what would you do?

Doing a plug change and got down to the last 7 mm bolt and it goes in bout 4 turns and gets tight.

Think i should put a couple small washers between it and the top of the coil pack and call it good enough or press my luck with some other idea?

Any better quicker fixer uppers?

thats what i'd do, may not be the right thing to do, but it will get you going the quickest. other than that, you will need to run a tap through the hole, and hope it fixes it. if that dont work, you'll need a heli-coil kit. i'd stick with the washers if that will work.
