It is just hurt in my eyes because it burns a little oil in one cylinder. (has some ring seal problems) It's been doing that since back when it was just a basic modded truck in the 400HP range

Next weekend I will have it at a 1/4 to see what it's got.

Well, I guess my problem is not fully gone yet. Today while driving my truck it studdered again under a heavy load but seemed fine while idleing and normal driving. Going back to the shop tommarrow. Would a dirty MAF or IAC cause something like this? I know, everybody says bad tune, spark plug, bad piston, etc but I want to look into everything.

This is just a guess but if you have a bad tune it may have caused the 1st melted plugs and may have done it again. If the tune has too much timing or leaning you out to much then its just gonna keep eating plugs or worse. Check the plugs again and see how they look.

Well, my street tune does have 19 degrees of timing.

Maybe there isn't a piece of the electrode missing, but the fact is that at least that cylinder went lean and is eating the electrode. I know what a lean plug looks like, and while the pics are a bit blurry, I still believe that is your problem (not shavings from the rotors of the blower).

Maybe the thing has to completely blow up for your shop to figure it out.

I agree 100%. That is not any rotor flake on that plug. -Mat-

Ok, so what I need to do is get a fatter tune, drop the timing, and get dynoed. What about fuel pumps, I had a few people recommend on upgrading them.

NO
What you have to do is figure out WHY it's doing that.
Green equals Lean, it's that simple
Fuel Filter, Injectors, Pumps, A/F is too Lean (Tune), could all cause it.

I WOULD NOT blame it on the timing, I've been running 19 degrees on my LOW TIMING n20 side for 2 full seasons. And MORE TIMING on my 24/7 daily driving street tune, never been a problem for me using simple 93 octane Ultra.

Timing ALONE is not what makes it run lean, (of course if it's too much for your octane, elevation, and or boost you will get detonation though) Maybe you have silent detonation, (it's the worse kind)

Either way, I would NOT run TR-6's if they were the only plug on the planet, my truck ran like total absolute schitt on them from the second I put them in, and I will NEVER use them again.

With that going on, I would IMMEDIATLY switch to a colder plug EITHER WAY.

Then I guess your truck wouldn't run and every other truck would. Why is it that SO many people think it is the best plug for our trucks(myself included)>??? I have been running TR-6's from a 4LB lower all the way until them being in my truck right now. TR-6's are not his problem. I also think he needs to do a little more then find out why he is lean. He needs to find out where all those metal pieces came from and fix that. -Mat-
