Back to stock due to trans!

Well after my transmission has been slipping a little on the 1-2 shift and SLAMMING the 2-3 and 3-4,I decided to put the truck back to stock.
I removed my 4# lower, JL air box, my FTVB and restored the original tune. With the exception of the Denso IT22s and Borla she is as close to stock as I can get it.
But guess what the real kicker is...? The tranny acts PERFECT!! I know it cant handle the mods.
The FTVB was added about 1 week ago when I felt the tranny getting soft on the 1-2 shift and firming up on the 2-3. That's a good sign of itermediate clutches buring up. So I got a new tune from JL with no added Line pressure and TQ reduction off and added in the FTVB. It felt great....It will bark the 1-2 shift but the 2-3 and the 3-4 became unbearable.
So now Im stock and all is fine but the 1-2 shift feels so soft. I cant remember if that's how it is stock or not.
I'm also wondering if my tuner still added line pressure and that was causing the harsh shifts?
Any thoughts would be great.
I plan to leave it stock untill spring.

ATTENTION: To all that read this thread, Please note that I mention in no way of getting FORD to warrenty my trans. SVT KY only assumed that senerio.

Hey Bud...

Sorry to hear about the tranny.

Mine made a noise this morning, like sandpaper, but not the strokes, just the sound of sandpaper being passed across a surface. It went away, but I'm a little concerned.

Are you taking yours into the dealer?

A few ounces won't hurt it.

What did you find out from your tuner ?

Did your tuner add line pressure still or fool around with shift/slip timing ?

I know the tq reduction is still turned off but I'm not sure about the line pressure. I requested it be set a factory settings but who knows?
It's not he would tell me anyways after this ordeal. I'm going to give him one more shot once I get the tranny rebuilt. I'll make it VERY clear this time to leave ALL tranny functions stock.

If ya wanna play, ya gotta pay !!!

If you tranny blows and you have mods, why should
FORD be responsible ... be a man ... pay for it yourself.

P.S If you want to see what kind of man I am just ask me if we ever run into each other. Have good day.

Yeah I got something else to help you out ... Run your truck
STOCK since you don't seem to be able to take the responsibilty
of modding it.

If you can't take a little hint, maybe you're too thin skinned to
hang around here. I didn't say anything that half the people on
here don't believe ...

I'm done ...

I'm glad your done
Why do you jump on people so fast and what gives you the right to preach? Do you measure everyone buy your own standerds or just lower class trash like I assume you think I am?
I've been on the phone with tranny builders for 2 days now. THAT WAS MY FIRST OPTOION!!! That's the reason why I put it back to stock so as to not kill the rest of the way.
Take a chill. I dont care how many post you have or even for GOD like image you project.
I need nothing from YOU now but I'd still help you out if I could if you needed it. I'm sorry you get mad so easy. I'm not a touchy or ignorant as you think.
Good day,
Jason Coffman
