Sylvania Hid kit

Just bought the sylvania hid kit. If anybody drives alot at night like i do this is a great product to get its like night and day. It was simple to install took me 40min to install the harness just plugs in. The only wires you have to hook up is the red and black to the battery. I took some pics of befor and after i had hyper white bulbs on when i took the pic.

As posted previously they are $399 on Sylvania's site (they appear to be discontinuing them for some reason) with free shipping. I ordered my set last Thursday and expect to see them on my doorstep Monday afternoon.

Question

Question for you guys - I'm looking at adding a "plug & play" HID kit. Is my understanding correct that the Sylvania kit only comes with new headlight housings?

I'm looking for a good quality, easy to install kit that I can keep the stock headlight units.

Any suggestions?

Xenarcs include new housings, yes...they are the best fit-n-finish kit I've come across, and I've been through a few on my truck.

If you do not want to change your housings, I'd go with www.hidkits.com ... they can give you a hi-low beam and a good wiring system....or if you have the big bucks, a belof kit will do just fine too.

That's because asses don't know how to AIM their headlights.

The Xenarcs have a very distinct line-of-site cutoff, and if you follow the install directions for aiming, they do not dazzle drivers at all short of coming over a hill.

I wish states would inspect headlight alignments.
