At what rpm's are your trucks shifting at under wot? I noticed today after installing an SCT 9100 on my truck that the 1-2 shift is at 5500, the 2-3 shift is at 52-5300 (right at redline), and the 3-4 shift is at around 5k.... is this ok or over revving the motor?

 

As long as your not pushing big boost or nitrous those are reasonable shift points.
