Thinking about getting these rims...

Here are some rims that I could get a pretty good deal on. I was thinking about painting them black and leaving the lip chrome. Here they are:

By the way, they are 20x9.5

20inSVT where did you get your rims at and how much were they? My friend is looking to get those but can't seem to find anyone that sells them in 20's for a decent price. Thanks.
