L hates winter - help me pick a driver
I live in the Chicago burbs and drive to work on the south side. I have an older Chevy p/u for snow and the most severe weather but hate driving the thing. The L isn't an option for a daily driver
My choices are narrowed to...
2004 Cobra $29k new
2004 GTO $27k new
2005 Mustang GT $24 new (in the spring)
2002 Z06 $32k-$34k used
I test drove a Cobra and while it was amazing, I am finding it hard to pay over $30k (after tax) for a 25 year old platform fox Mustang. I don't mean to insult Cobra owners - I'm sure you can sort of see where I'm coming from. Thanks for the input.

If u want a performance vehicle for the snow, maybe u should look at something thats not rear wheel drive, all those cars are gonna drive just as horribly in the rain or snow, in my opinion. Mabye u should look at an Evo 8 or a Subaru STi.

I did state that I have an older Chevy p/u for the snow and severe weather. The choices are for a daily driver except for snow and very severe weather. Sorry I can't communicate well
