Serpentine belt change
How do I go about this?

People are telling me I halfto remove my lower 4 lb single piece pulley. Do I really?

No, all you half to do is use you 1/2 inch drive on your tenisor pulley assembly and turn clockwise to give you enough slack to get the belt off.
