Hey, I need to know if any of you know where I can go to get my inspection done. I need a leniant place, as my windows are tinted really dark. You guys know of anywhere?

 

I think your best bet would be to just drive to Navasota and have it done. There's a place on Business 6 that *USED TO* (3 years ago) do the horn, blinkers, brakes, and insurance routine. Most of the places I've been to here in CS want to drive it and do all kinds of other crap.

If you go down 6 south to Navasota (20 minutes), take the first exit (just over the river). You'll go through the ghetto and eventually come to a stop light. Go through the light and keep going straight. After a few blocks, you'll see an Exxon on the left (it's the corner of Manley and LaSalle/Business 6).



Random question - Are you the guy in the silver L that I always see on 2818? It's got HALO and PSP stickers on the back window.

 

You can always come back to houston to have it done. Never had a problem before.

 

There is another place on 21 that is a good place to go. It is a little yellow building between Texas Ave, and 2818. Lady there is very nice. Talk to her about harleys(bikes not trucks) because she is interested in them

 

I think I might try that yellow building tomorrow.
If that doesnt work, I have one lined up in Houston for Friday.

I drive a red Silverado SS. I know lots of people in this town though. If the yellow building doesn't work, I can find you another place(if houston falls through). I have lots of friends at shops here.

I had a black '00 that I sold a few years ago. I still see it around town. I think the kid that owns it works at Briarcrest Country Club. It's easy to spot because it's on replica 20s and he put a silver pinstripe down the side. Not sure what he's done to it or taken off of it, but just after I sold it I saw it at that BS transmission place on Texas Ave (between Sonic and WingsNMore).

The guy with the hood isn't me. That guy tried to race me down a one lane road Mine is lowered a bit with stock wheels, and other than that looks completely stock. There wasn't ANY other red SS's in town until I got mine. Now there is at least 3 others and one "supposedly" has a blower (not the guy with the hood). I haven't seen that one.

I'm in a white '04 Lariat SCrew 4X4. There are quite a few clones running around, but I'm the only one with DUCK01 plates and a "Don't Mess With Reckless" Reckless Kelly sticker on my back window. I live over by A&M Consolidated, so I see you near 2818 & Wellborn all the time.

If you ever have a question which truck is mine, it is the one that is parked about 1/4mi past everyone elses in the very back of the parking lot You should come out to the sonic on harvey rd on friday about 10:00. There are some pretty cool domestic guys that come and just hang out there. Rice is kept to a minimum.
