specific traction bar question

Yes, I've read a million traction bar posts already. My question is specific. I want the Rancho/LFP/JLP type bars. I understand that some think the LFPs have heavier mounts. My L is a 2004, so I'm asking this of 2003/2004 owners with the taller stance.

I'm going to run the factory rear end height and exhaust and I want the best bars THAT WON'T COME CLOSE TO HITTING THE EXHAUST and THAT DON'T HANG DOWN TO FAR AND SCRAPE. Is this possible and what do you recommend.

I have gotten these bars from both JLP and LFP. The rear brackets hang down the same distance. No matter which setup you use, you won't have a scraping issue, they don't stick down that far. The LFP brackets are definitely much thicker. I can't really comment on where the bars sit in relation to exhaust, because I have an older design setup in which the front brackets were much lower than the frame. I believe all vendors have since raised the front mount, but I'd suspect that brings the bars a little closer to the exhaust. Hope this helps.
