only pullin 7#boost?

only pullin 7#boost?
checked my auto meter boost gauge in kind of a crued way but seems to be accurate. upper and lower pulleys on 03 what could be the problem. all input welcome.

did you do a boost bypass, could be hooked up wrong. Mine was when I bought it, I was only showing 10 with a 6 lower, fixed it and saw 13-14
