Does anyone around the Jacksonville, FL area have a upper pulley tool they would let me borrow? I tried removing it with the standard 3-prong tool, and ended up breaking the tool, lol. I know I can just go buy a pulley from Johnny Lightning and it comes with the tool, but I've already bought the pulley on eBay.

I think you migh have a problem with someone lending you their pulley tool because you are very new to the board. Offer to buy one and you might have a few answers.
