Need price estimate on used drivetrain

Well my truck is gonna get totaled I found out.

I'm wondering though if I cna buy back my truck from my insurance company if I cna sell my drivetrain to an interested party.

My truck has 52k miles on the engine (99)

Had denso it-22's in it and IC was fixed by ford.

Has 5 lb lower pully, and CAI, oil breather and a superchips chip.

tranny need sot be included with the block+ blower.

Pretty much the interested buy wants to throw the lightning drivetrain in a classic ford.

I'm gonna give him a great deal on it but I just want advice for the pric eon the whole drivetrain?

my guess would be 4500? but tell me your adivice guys!

I'd make sure that you had a solid buyer before you buy it back. If he's buying the drivetrain, he'll need everthing from the fuel pickup (or a different pump) fuel lines (he'll need a return line and filter) wiring harnesses, ecm, instruments, and all the sensors to make it work properly. Please bear in mind that the Lightning can set the check engine light if the cas cap is loose. Just thinking about how that is done is a little scary. Putting it all in a standard gen 2 truck would be fairly straight forward. Anything else is going to take a lot of cleverness and modification to make it work properly.
