Alright guys so I own a 2001 whit L and as we all know tonight is halloween. Well some jelouse SOB's decided to throw some eggs at my car. The passenger side was facing the road so this is the side obviously hit ( probably around 25 or 30 eggs) the bumber, the hood and all the way back to the tail light. The truck looked yellow.

My first question: Does anyone make a soap or something specifically used to get egg off your car?

My second question: My left headlight is now not working...the blinker light is but the main headlight is not. The bulb couldnt of just burnt out because i got them replaced with xenons around 3 months ago and it was working 3 hours before it got egged. What could be the problem here?

Last Question (maybe most important): I go to a medium sized HS and im a sophmore (lucky me my parents bought me an L). My car was the only car on the block egged so obviously this was intentionally done to MY car. This is where my question comes into play...When I find out who did this...and i will...what should i do to the kids who did it?

 

First of all use a soft rag with dish soap and get it off as soon as possible before it dries hard. It should come off with slight rubbing. About the headlight if you put it in with your fingers with no gloves that will burn out your bulb premature . The oil on your finger will intensify the heat and cause the bulb to crack where you touched the bulb and let air in but check all connections first anyways. And on the third beat the SOBs a$$.

OH and sorry about your crappy halloween. It has happened to me before and it is no fun. Mine was random cause other cars got it in the neighbor. I wasn't lucky enough to find out who did it..

Hurry up and get the egg off your paint! It doesn't matter what soap you use as long as you get the egg off asap!

at least use the water hose to rinse it off!
