Ignition upgrade question
I used the search function and found Plasma booster, however it seems that not many people have it. Is it a worthy mod, and is our factory ignition system inadequate?

No, our ignition system is not "inadequate".
Having said that, I installed a Plasma Booster at 40,900 miles. It has worked flawlessly for 36,000 miles on my 01 L. I'm still on my first set of NGK BR7EF's that I installed at 18,600 miles. My L get's 14-15 mpg on those 'old', cold plugs. With a 5 lb pulley and a JDM tuned chip, I've never had any detonation.
Would I do it again--------probably not but it is not a worthless mod as so many like to flame about.
