This morning when i started the truck up, it ran fine....drove it all the way to work (20miles) and when i got off the highway, it ran like sh*t. i.e. sounds like it has a cam and truck shakes real bad.

The only mods i have are: JLP Intake, Exhaust, FTVB, Phenolic Spacer.

I changed the plugs today at work, and all looked fine, plugs were tight.

Checked the radiator reservoir, no carbon, debris. Truck doesnt smoke, or throw any codes.

Truck has ran great since i had it, and 2 days ago i filled it up at shell station with 93. I had a 1/4 tank when i filled it. Im thinking it may be bad gas, but i have never dealt with bad gas problems.

Do you think it could be bad gas? Bad coil pack? EGR?

Im stumped and dont have alot of money to spend. I do have a warranty with Ford, but dont want to pull my mods off for something i can fix myself.

Do you think ford will harrass me with my basic boltons? Or should i just take the stuff off to be safe?

Where can i dispose of bad gas?

 

yeh it sounds like maybe you got some bad gas
change out your filter and maybe a can or 2 of dry gas
