Question Attn:RDY2RAC

I see in a post of yours you have a Kirkey prodrag seat.I just recieved mine from Jegs and was curious how you mounted it and if you got any pics.Do you think its possible to use the electric track off the stock seat?Thanx for any help.

i'm using the power seat bracket. i screwed 6 self tapping screws through the bottom of the seat into the brackets. but in my opinion it sits a little lower than i would like it to so i never went back and reinforced it the way i planned. i'm going to work on a better seat bracket that might bolt upto the factory holes of the bracket. i still dont have a seat cover for it but its on the list of things to buy. if you need me to take some pics of it i'll try to get out to the garage tomorrow. let me know

If the seat feels too low for you, you can always have someone custom fab (or do it yourself) an adapter plate to go between the bottom of the aftermarket seat and the stock seat track. The thickness can vary depending on your preferences. Just a thought...

For the last year and a half I've been a seating engineer. Let me know if anybody needs help from a structural (safety) stand point.
