looked like it was running windows CE

No reason why you oculdn't use a laptop instead if its inwdows based tuning software. but that little "handheld" computer aka sniper will work in your auto easier

 

there's talks about just offering the the software and related cables for those that already have a pda. and or laptop. more info on release date and pricing/packaging should be available after the SEMA show

 

All I got to say

 

from my understanding it wont be to much more for the unit compared to what out there right now. there should be several different ways its going to be packaged. i think they will be offering software and appropiate cable to use with your existing pda or laptop. and the pda itself is a fully functioning pda running windows ce. it can sample upto 200 times per second depending what your datalogging.

more info as i get it. they will be debuting it in vegas at the sema show next week. so i might not get a chance to talk to them until after they get home.
