Hot Start Trouble

I’ve relocated my battery but even before I did that my truck has had trouble turning over when it's hot. I'll drive my truck around, let it reach operating temp., turn it off and try to start it again with in a couple of minutes and it hesitates to turn over. A couple of times the gauges have sweep as it's struggling to start. I'm running e-pump, ic-fans, and flex-a-lite e-fan which stays on for 30 sec. after I turn my truck off. Also, sometime when I'm driving around I've notice that the outside temp. gauge will turn off and then back on when the e-fan turns on. I have a red top, 00 gage wire, and 200 amp alternator. I've checked the odometer temp. gauge and it's normal at 82 C. It just seems like the battery doesn't have enough reserve of cranking amps for when the engine is hot. Do you guys think I need a yellow top or could it be the IAC valve or something else? Thanks.
