Got It!

Got my Lightning! Bought an 03 Sonic Blue one. It attracts alot of attention over here in the u.k! Gonna have to start scrapping the pennies together to pay for gas! Don't know how much it costs in the states but here it cost me about $160 to fill it up. That only got me the 250 miles home from picking it up!

To make things better some ahole keyed the rear quarter outside my house the first night I got it. Perhaps it attracts too much attention!

****** quick though(when the wheels stop spinning, thats rainy england for you). Over the moon with it!

Congrat's, hope you enjoy the new ride as much, or more, as I have!
Hopefully no more key jobs!(some people are such a-holes!)
Sincerely,
Bryan

Congratulations and welcome. By the way, did you purchase your L from WORLD FORD KENDALL? The reason I ask is because when I went to get mine, they told me that someone from the UK got it, so it may be you. Anyway I had to stick with the white. The goood thing though is that it is still a L.

I think it came from MA orginally. Bought it from an impoter over here. Is there anyway you can do a check on a car over in the states?

I think they can do a carfax and find out any information, but I'm pretty sure they can do another search through a ford website. I work with an ford ex-servicewriter and I'll ask him in the morning.I'm not sure what information he'll need, probably VIN(vehicle identification number, located on the driver's side dash visible from the outside looking down.)
Sincerely,
Bryan

I'll post to this reply in the morning. I start work at 6am, I think your 4 hours behind us, so I'll check frequently around 10 or noonish to get the proper information.

I talked to the guy at work this morning, he said if you get the VIN he should still be able to perform a maintenance history but it won't show any accidents. You'll need carfax for that.
Sincerely,
Bryan

JWUKLIGHTNING,
Do you have a fax machine? I could send this OASIS report to you, otherwise I have to take a picture of it and take another route to you. Looks like just minor warranty repairs, ie bulbs,antenna...
As far as mods, pulley, chip, cold air intake. You might want to look at the predator too, with a custom tune from one of the vendors. Then as you change your mods you could have new tunes e-mailed to you.
Sincerely,
Bryan

Don't have a fax line at home. Only at the office. You can mail it to jonw@highsheen.co.uk.

Does it give any details about mileage and service history etc?

Thank you.
