Angry OMG IT HAPPENNED!!! RPM Outlet has another pissed customer!

Well some of you already know that I ordered parts from RPM OUTLET. Unfortunately, AFTER I had already ordered the parts, I found out about all of the very dissatisfied customers on this forum. Well guess what? After ordering an Accufab single blade tb, a C&L plenum, Magnaflow midpipes and Magnaflow cat-back, just the cat back shows up. NO ACCUFAB-NO MIDPIPES-NO PLENUM!!!!! Out of an order that cost me over $1,550.00, they sent only $400.00 worth, leaving out over $1,150.00 worth of parts!! Can you believe that???!!! Oh, and the best part of this whole thing is that the cat-back is damaged. I was hoping that I wouldn't have been victim as some of you have but it has happenned and what I can't even begin to understand is that if this crap does happen so often to so many from the same company, how are they still in business???? They have huge ads in magazines and that gave me a false sense of comfort. Are they fu!kin stupid????? I actually am starting to believe that they do this on purpose. They must be if it's happening so much. It's not like it came a day early and I could think "well maybe the rest will get here tomorrow". No, it was on time and very incomplete. Tomorrow I am gonna call them and boy I feel bad for the sumbitch who picks up that phone. NO I won't wait another 3 days for the rest and NO I don't wanna keep the cat-back. YES I want ALL of my money back and YES I want proof faxed to me that my credit card was credited. Sorry for the long post guys. I just don't want any of you to get shafted like this. It is so damn frustrating, especially when you had an idea that it was coming. Those very few of you who had good things to say about them must have gotten lucky. And you were the only reasons why I didn't cancell my order. 3 out of about 10 people had positive things to say and I truly believe you got very lucky. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM RPM OUTLET.COM!!!!!!

Did you ever stop and think they might be shipping several boxes of items? I for one wouldn't want my TB or plenum boxed up with a catback or mid-pipes. Maybe they are drop-shipping from several locations.

When did you place the order, and how long did it take to get the catback?

The thing is, I ordered everything at the exact same time. They only have one warehouse and everything was in stock. It was all shipped out together from what I was told. I ordered last Thursday and they said 3 working days which meant today. And even when I tracked it on UPS.com it said on time with a scheduled delivery for Oct. 26th. I thought the same thing you did and went on the site 5 minutes ago to track it again and this time it said "DELIVERED". Maybe the rest was forgotten on the truck but I recieved it at 5:45 pm and the UPS truck should have been empty enough for the driver to have spotted at least a box the size of the mid-pipes'. Damn I'm pissed.

Give it a day, maybe UPS fouled up or something. At least give RPM a call and give them a chance to explain if something went wrong. Maybe their order department got the order incorrect, maybe UPS lost it, maybe a whole lot of other things. Give them a polite call, ask what happened, and then if you are unsatisfied, give em what you think they deserve.

Be nice and keep checking where your stuff is. Head will roll when you KNOW they screwed up. I work at a shop and this is pretty common.

Good advice, especially if you are wanting to get a refund. I was very polite with them, and it still took over 2 weeks, and many phone calls to finally have my card credited with my refund. They kept saying it would be processed in the order received. I guess there were many other unsatisfied customers awaiting refunds.

WideOpen...sorry to hear about your misfortune. But as stated...it could be something simple. I know when I have ordered from them (have a few times) my stuff came in different boxes and one came the day after the other. No biggie.

My only complaint from them was that the techs weren't as knowledgable as others (we know who they are) I have dealt with.

Hope your much happier with the refund service

if it came in different boxes it would have different tracking #'s for each box.........so, just because one tracking # says delivered dosent mean the others arent on the way

Problem with a company that doesn't care whether you are happy or not is, they just don't care, and you are wasting your breath.

If it doesn't show up in the next day or two, best of luck getting your cash back.

Thanks guys. Your replies are greatly appreciated. Well today is another day and I'm not as upset as last night. There was only one tracking # so I am pretty sure that nothing else will be coming in today. But, I'll be calling them soon just to see what info they have on all of this. Of course, I'll be back to let ya know what kind of bs they're gonna feed me.

BlueL, I especially appreciate what you had to say. Stress is something that is currently beginning to ruin my life and
I've been trying to beat it. I guess no matter what happens
this will eventually be resolved.

When I ordered my stuff from Dell I got my Mp3 player a week before I got my Digital Camera. Some stuff just takes longer to pull and ship. It might even be coming from a different companies wharehouse or straight from the vendor so I would say give it a few more days, then start worrying.

I would give it a few days. When i ordered all my stuff, it all came the same day. The driver forgot about two of the boxes and had to come back by. Give it a few days....if it doesnt show up..call them.

Are impatient society demands perfection, or they throw a fit over minor things..
sounds like you came back down from the ceiling... ..just life's "little inconveniences, dont take it personally...RPM Outlet dosent have a picture of you on the wall in thier shipping department with a note "screw this guy"....

it dose sound like RPM Outlet has some personnel issues, but you will get your parts.

There should have been an invoice sheet with the box you got. What did it say? Did it list all the parts as shipped or just the part you got?
