Question Would spraying alcool in the TB help to clean the intake?

Would spraying alcool in the throttle body help to keep the intake clean? Is it in any way harmful to the blower.

Yes, it will clean. I do not believe the throttle body was designed for that.

nothing is going to clean that intercooler better than pulling it off and cleaning it out with carb cleaner.

Once you see all the crap that comes out of the intercooler, you will be thankfull you didn't put that through the motor, cats and out the tail pipes.

It's really not difficult to pull at all. It just looks intimidating.

With all the oil that was in my intake/intercooler. I wouldn't even attempt to spray carb cleaner or alcohol through the intake. I can only imagine what mess this would make in the intake valley.

Pull the supercharger and intercooler, and clean it the right way. It is a very simple job, and can be done in a couple of hours.
