Didn't get a chance to go TOTALLY ***** OUT NUT'S,
I'm testing a New Diablo "Chip Master Revolution"
and 2 new JLP Programs today, so I want to take it a easy
till I know these Programs are Detonation Free. Plus I want
to make sure I understand EVERY adjustment and setting
before going all out. So I set it up for a mere 25 HP and
WOO HOO had some fun.

That is another reason I wanted this Control,
I can run around with 100 HP Jets in it, but only use
ANY AMOUNT I want. For instance today was 25HP, and
I can use the mere 25HP "for a little while", or "ALL THE WHILE". These Controls make Nitrous use on the street a pleasure,
"and totally safe".

ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT DENNY, WOO HOO.................
Maybe tommorrow I'll do SOME SERIOUS TESTING

This Control was a Breeze to put in, maybe 20 minutes to
swap it out for the Minimax.

And those settings I showed you are only 1 of 4 menu's

I'm glad to see you happy. Now time to put it all together and make some record runs. I know your jetting needs to be fine tuned yet as your just on a standard safe setting, so let me know if you plan to dyno and adjust.

Can you tell me about that new chip? I have the old revolution. Is that considered an old chip now and is the new revolution a flip chip? My truck couldn't run in the Delta at the dyno run on Sat.

Revolution and Revolution delta have the same programming abilities, the delta is just has 2 programs.

 

Something else I found interesting was the later (newer) Red Diablo Delta Chips, WERE 4 bank tuning, I never realized that before. They orig made Red 1 bank, then 2 bank, and later
4 bank. Either way the HUGE advantage of Black is the fact THE
TUNER can now make the changes HIMSELF and no longer has
to rely on asking Diablo to make the change, then have to make sure they did exactly what he asked, and then have to download that change via computer, and then upload it to your Chip,
THATS ALL CHANGED NOW.

With SCT and Diablo New Revolution Software, now the actual tuner has the software and he can make ANY change BAM right there on the spot with his Lab Top. I think this is MUCH BETTER, because now the expertise of the tuner comes into play, and changes are truly Custom, AND NOT someone elses Tunes and Changes being uploaded into your Chip

 

Thanks for the info! I feel like I'm playing a bad game of catchup. The more I learn the more questions I have.

I had a MAJOR problem with the Delta flipchip and had to got with the Predator. Dan was telling me he had the exact same problem. The Revolution chip he gave me he got last year and it has 4 banks, so that's the old one right? Do they still use it? Willie didn't bring the equipment to burn it and gave me the impression that he didn't like it, so that's why he first used the delta. I got the feeling the didn't like the Can I have 2 programs in the Predator (track/street)?

Can you read my post below and figure out what happened?

WHAT COLOR ARE YOU TALKING ???

With the Old "Red Chips", the Tuner has his former Files saved
and can re-use them on any Lightning, but the Programs
themself were MADE from Diablo. However some are custom tunes made SPECIAL for that tuner based on what that tuner ask for.

The Newer Black Chip Programs are 100% MADE by the tuner
ON THE SPOT with software he gets as a Diablo Dealer.

4 BANK IS BETTER, but FYI some old Red Delta's were 4 bank.

 

The revolution chip Dan gave you is current. The predator has the same tuning abilities, you can only put one program on it though.

Your problem sounds like the chip is buggy or bad from the manufacturer.

Rob this nitrous system sounds better and better everytime I read your posts. Are you going to be at Cecil in a few or weeks or at JDM day>??? I may, if you don't mind, like to have a chat with you about it. Once my truck is done I may look into doing this( I know I said this before but my truck will finally be done right this time). I wanna be FAST next year if I hang on to my truck and this system looks like it will get me there. Thanks, -Mat-
