Talking 12 hours until Dyno Detonation!

I JUST KNOW I WON"T BE SLEEPING TONIGHT!

In just 12 hours my little L will be jumping into a phonebooth to change into SUPERTRUCK!

With the incredible help of Dan the Lightning Man my truck is going from stock (except exhaust & K/N filter) to extreme. I haven't even changed the pulleys or tuned it. These are the mods I have done in the past week
Kenne Bell (OH YEAH) with Reichard 3.2"
JLP 4lb lower
Metco Idler with larger wheels
ported&polished plenum
Fluidyne heat exchanger
Accufab polished throttle body
Electric fan
Greg Evans valvebody
JLP ram air
JLP thunder pipe
JLP Traction bars
Outragous line lock
FRPP lowering kit
Slotted rotors front/back
Stainless brake lines
Diablo revolutions chip
Lunar gauges fuel&boost
driveshaft loop
Beru spark plugs
160 thermostat
hoosier slicks on M.T. rims

I've been driving a Toyota Camry for a week and that car has no go! Grandmas in buicks have been blowing by me!
Tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am I'll get a ride to my L and then Willie F from Diablosport will dyno tune my stocker into a lean mean viper eating machine

RATS! typing this only took 1/2 hour, I still have 11 1/2 to go

And I only had to sell one of my kidneys! Does that mean I'll get drunk twice as fast?
A bunch of other L's and Cobras are getting tuned there too. I saw one 03 Cobra getting a Whipple supercharger changeout. I want to see the numbers on that!

Thanks alot Rob,
I was reading all the old threads between u and Dan. You two sound like brothers in arms!

I'm meeting him in the morning so we can watch the dyno runs and see what his mods do on my truck. He is the
schnizzle

I'lll post numbers as so as I get back. But there is a SL55 Mercedes I need to find. He's kicked my butt numerous times. So now I'll go watch your vids, I can't sleep yet.

With all that extra boost you are going to need a new exhaust

Good luck tomorow

It's happining at J&J Performance in Ft Myers. (239) 274-7678 One of his cars was in the Oct issue of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords. There should be about 10 vehicles getting tuned. Besides the Whipple cobra I saw one other car, an L with a new KB. I'm bringing lawn chairs and a cooler. I wish I had a digital camera. Maybe someone will have one. If that happens then I can post some pics!

Thanks Don! Dan told me you helped him out alot. The exhaust is the only mod I had besides the K&N filter before this week. I put long tube headers & high flow cats on it about 6 months ago. Ford replaced the long block at that time so it saved me the labor cost. It had magnaflow catback on it when I got it. That's why I didn't need those parts from Dan the Man.

Ten more hours
