...got back from the track. Ran 3 times. First time I brought the RPM's up to 800-1000 and as soon as I let off the brake it spun and just got worse, ended up with an 8.7 that run. Next 2 runs I launched from Idle and ran a back to back 8.4 at 83mph while bogging then spinning a little. Temp was in the low 60's and 96% humidity Anyway mods are as follows...

03 L
6lb Pulley
JLP Chip
JLP CAI
Borla catback
20in rims with 295/40/20 goodyears

Full weight + Pace Edwards retractable tonneau cover and spray in liner for added weight.

mod are good for 12.7 in good conditions. Some ppl would say don't launch at xxxx rpms, just mash teh throttle as soon and fast as possible w/o losing traction.

seems like ok numbers... i think traction is your biggest problem....get some slicks and I bet you see 8.2 or better

I have a set of 26in slicks at the house I use for the WS6 but need a set of rims for them. I'm going to look this week for some and try to get back out there next thursday on slicks and see what it does. Hopefully I'll pick up a phenolic spacer as well (probly won't make a difference) for the next run.
