Crazy Idle....HELP???

I posted on the subject a little over a month ago but I'm still having the problem. When sitting at a dead idle the truck RPM's fluctuate from normal idle down to 500 rpms (sounds as if it could go dead). It seemed to start after I added long tube headers, cant find an exhaust leak so I thought it might be a chip issue, Is that possible?

Recently, I sent my blower off for porting....So, I changed plugs, fuel filter and I cleaned the IAC Valve which most of you guys said could possibly be causing the problem. I just got my blower back and got it back on this weekend, I am still waiting for the SCT Tuner to come in from JDM so the truck is not chipped right now (just stock tune). I know I can't get it in the boost with no chip but I did drive it home (1mile back roads) from my truck guys shop to get it out of his way. Anyway, it ran like crap...almost going dead, rpms going down to 500, ect. Could this be caused from not having a tune, chip right now or something else?? Look at my sig for mods, I do have quite a few mods and my plugs are gapped different now for the ported blower, so could it be the chip causing this, or no?

Please help with suggestions, sorry for the long post??

Just a thought but....
Did you adjust or maybe move your boost actuator?

I know if your boost actuator is adjusting wrong, I think moved way up I will make your truck run like you are describing.
