I've never seen one, but It's not hard to do. The handle comes off pretty easy, then sand it smooth, prime and paint!!

I took mine out the day I got my truck and dropped it off at the bodyshop. I told them next time they are spraying my color to paint my handle to so it would be cheaper and it cost me $10. Cheaper than buying one.
