Poor me totaled his truck tonight

As it reads.

was with my best buddy susie, was raining good all night. I was behind her , she saw an animal and I went into the left lane (4 lane road) to advert hitting her and my rear swung around.

Went off into a ditch going backways (5feet down ditch) and took out some brick wall statue thingy at an apt complex.

Engine looks ok, but I think the headers were ripped, Driveshaft broke, frame bent, rear bed screwed, front facial screwed, suspension and rear wheels busted, front passenger tire/wheel busted.

pretty sure it could be totaled Sorry no pics as of now. being 21 I dunno if I can afford a another SVT w/o getting a job (student atm). I don't wanna leave the good svt family.

Very sorry Unoid

That Sucks So Bad, but as you know the important thing is
YOUR OK. Cars and Trucks can be fixed or replaced,
people CAN NEVER be re-placed....(well ok Wifes + GF's can) hehehehehe.
Maybe the Truck IS fix-able ? Who knows ?
Although they seem to total things out very easily these days

BEST OF LUCK BRO, don't be leaving yet, YOU NEVER KNOW...

Sad to here about the truck, but as all have said your OK,
not much else matters.
A couple things to keep in mind
1 If nobody is seriously hurt, things will workout
2 once Family always Family, doesn't matter what you drive inbetween SVTs.
3 your only 21, theres plenty of time to save up for a replacement.
later
Denny

It is amazing how aweful F1s are when wet. I've gotten sideways many a time under light throttle knowing my tires had little traction. Sorry to hear.

I know that the unseen damage can be worse than the damage you can see, but the truck looks like a new bed and bumper assembly would fix the majority of the problem. It looks like the upper right rear corner of the bed took most of the impact. Did you crawl underneath to see if the frame rails were bent? Is there any damge to the cab? Do the doors open and close properly?

frame is bent a tad, driveshaft = kaput, tranny could gotten hit. cab was shifted a bit by the bed slamming against it. doors do open ok.

I kinda think the frame support rail underneath the engine looks bent. But could be normal

Ouch man...I know exactly how it feels goin thru what you are. I was in the same position a few months back. As stated at least your o.k...hope everything worked out for you.

A word of advice, start digging up reciepts for whatever isnt stock that you put on the truck. The insurance should give you some reimbursement for that as well. Worked for me.
