Question SES light on..bank 1 and 2 system too lean

Hey
Well i bought my 2001 lightning about a month and half ago and love it since then, and as soon as i got it i added a CAI, 2.70 blower pulley, exhaust, did the boost bypass and got it custom programmed. About 2 weeks ago the SES light came on. I disconnected the battery and a couple hundred miles later it came back on. I took it to my friend and he hooked up his code reader and got both BANK 1 and BANK 2 system too lean.
What does that mean?
What should i do?
I suspect a bad 02 sensor or fuel injectors. I've been here a lot lately doing some reading and found a lot of you very knowledgeable so any help would be great. Thanks!!

SES lean codes

I recently got the SES light also. The code showed lean condition in Bank 2. I had a tech clear the codes and the light lit up again about a week later with same code. The only recent mods I had made to the truck before the code was a new JLP ram air intake. Based on some info on this site, the suggestion was made that the oil on the new air filter may have fouled the MAF. Check your MAF and see if that might be the cause. I will be checking mine this weekend to see if it the problem.

It could be a disconnected PCV line too.

I got banks 1 and 2 lean the other day....

check all the plumbing...

reset the code.....funny thing is this is after I washed the truck.....

next day I get an SES and check for codes..no code...just the light....?

reset the light.....

today I wash the truck......

start it up moved inside and shut off....

pulled the passenger side door off to check a speaker problem...cranked it back up....

SES lite....plug in the Predator.....

Bank 1 lean.......

reset....I have a strange feeling..next time I wash the truck I'm gonna get a SES lite....

Strange......

what would be the consequence if i went into WOT? the 3 lines are in but theyre not flush against the inlet pipe, is that still a problem?
any one know the location of the o2 sensors?

Do you have a breather on the right valve cover, if so that might be causing the SES light, if so put the stock oil cap back on Also make sure the hoses on the bottom of the intakes rubber tube are in tight. Also where is the IAT sensor mounted to your intake?? make sure you don't have any unmetered air getting into the intake anywhere after the Mass air meter. It sounds like you have some unmetered air getting in somewhere?

You can also remove the chip and see if that is causing the trouble. It should be ok to run with just a upper pulley for a while.

I'll explain it like this I had a vacuum leak that I didn't know about. I went to WOT on the dyno, in about less than 1 min. I have caused about 3K worth of damage to my port and polished heads.
