My Plaque I had made up from RacePages mag (Its the NMRA mag).
NMRA does a very nice job covering there events and I feel very fortunate to have won the event.
The plaques are done by a company called 'In the news' and they do a great job.

Yes. the article is completely laminated. Very nice quality.
