S/C Rotors Flaking

I am relatively new to the Lightning community but have notived that alot and I mean alot of L's less than 3 years old have this rotor flaking issue. Is there any kind of recall or service bulletin on this ? Is it covered under warranty ? What would cause you to suspect this minus the obvious thing of pulling the blower.

I think almost all L's flake. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. I have never heard of anybody actually having "problems" with their truck due to the flakeage; however, I'd imagine that if something's impeding the airflow, it will slightly hurt performance. I'd just suggest that the 'charger be taken off and the intercooler cleaned once every 1 1/2 - 2 years, especially if you're big into squeezing every drop of horsepower out of your motor. otherwise I wouldn't worry about it
