Intercooler Resevoir Level?

I had to get my Intercooler replaced because of a major leak and once the job was complete I drove the truck for a few days. I then looked under the hood and noticed that the intercooler resevoir was completely full to the top. It should be at the fill line that is clearly marked on the resevoir. Do you think this would cause any problems? Why would a certified mechanic do this?

Thanks,

Jay

They did it to mine as well (when I had the head replaced). It's no big deal.

you can drain a little out if you want,

on the passenger side of the heat exchanger (bottom front center of ground effects) there is a pet c o c k (valve), you can turn it with your hand, drain a little or empty it... whatever you want.

I just didn't know if it would affect the flow. Seems like if it is plum full that it would not flow very well. I think I am going to drain a little.
