I am proud to be driving a true muscle machine built in my homeland by a bunch of fellow union hosers!

Seems to me it has been built with some high standards of quality too, not to many build issues on this board eh?

Ripping up the track on maple leaf power!

What a narrow minded person you are, and keep in mind the population of Canada is similair to California's. So oh great one, just how many troops do you think Canada has? Obviously not enough, because they are cleaning up the CIA's mess in Haiti, and trying to prevent more ethinic cleansing in Bosnia. Those are just two off the top of my head. As far as helping with Iraq, well that depends what type of help you are referring too.

Tell me is Canada still not helping? BTW this board is about trucks and I would prefer to keep it that way, and if anyone is wondering, I support and pray daily for the troops in Iraq.http://www.acdi-cida.gc.ca/CIDAWEB/w...6?OpenDocument

the irony of all of this is, that majority of the imports you bash are built here in the good ole usa, giving jobs to american people, yet you want to see them leave.

Not helping!!!!!!!!!! Canada (RCMP) is currently involved in training the IRAQI police. Until recently, Canada was heading the Afganistan forces with two thirds of the troops. Canada is also in talks with the US to be a full partner in the NOrth American defence system in addition to NORAD... That's not bad for a country with 10% of the US population.

That comment reeks with ignorance

And most of them are non-union workers making a fraction of their union counterparts. Profits go across the ocean also. If it's not made by either Ford or GM, profits do not stay here to help with R&D costs here.

Sounds like a tasty mixture.

Some of that Canadian beer has a nice kick to it. When I was in high school we got a hold of some that was 11% alcohol content. Definitely a little stronger that our 3% stuff.

I am Canadian but only considered I was buying a "North American" performance vehicle. The fact it was built in Canada has no meaning as far as I am concerned.
Have a look around your house... where was your lawnmower made? The guts of your computer? The parts inside your cell phone? Your TV?
Canada is your best friend, we have some stupid people in charge right now, but the average Canadian has more in common with you than any other country.
GET OVER IT
or buy only USA made products it won't be as easy as you think.

no Canadian beer for you
