C & L Plenums Dyno Tested

We are now selling the C&L Plenums, they are in stock. On a basic bolt on truck we picked up 14 rwhp horsepower where it is needed at the top end. Kenne Bell truck picked up 21 rwhp & we are now doing a Magnum Power Bolt on truck right now.

Price is $289 + S & H.

Here are some pictures...

Is the stock intake that restictive under 450rwhp? (figure with the KB, you are at least at 500rwhp, more than the average lightning owner)

I'm with him, does this really help on trucks that have under 450? Is this with stock TB or aftermarket?

What does it do as far as intake temps? Are they lowered at all or what exactly is the advantage of this plenum besides 14 hp for $300?

We have not Dyno Tested a Bone stock Lightning. You will see gains on a truck that makes under 450 rwhp and over 450rwhp i.e a Kenne Bell Truck. The power curves will change depending on the mods each diffrent truck has. The truck that gained 14rwhp truck had a 4 # lower, SCT 9100, Throttle Body and an Air kit.

I have no info yet on the intake temps. As far as the plenum you will also see throttle response, besides 14 rwhp.

It will add boost. Some where around 1 pound or more.

It adds boost approx. 1 pound or more, The Plenum does lean out the A/F up top so I would have your tune checked and/ or ajusted if you do this mod.

How much horsepower will you gain on a truck with a JDM built motor w/ported heads and cams, KB @ 18psi, a "wet" 75 shot and 16 degrees timing that already makes 680 RWHP w/o N20??

What??? You don't know...guess you'll find out in a few weeks huh???
