Torque specs on shackles

Today I installed my Ground-Force 2'' shackles and the directions said to torque the bolts to 75-115 ft/lbs. My torque wrench reads in inch/pounds, so I just tightend them down untill I thought they were tight but to to loose. Should I try to get a ft/lbs torque wrench or just not worry about it? Also how long do you think my stock Bilsteins will last with this setup, or will it affect them? Thank you

I had mine torqued to the proper specs and still have some unexplained noises. They ran quiet for the first 20k miles, but now my drivers side shackel or bilstein shock is knocking. I carried 460lbs of sand for 4 months straight because of the snow, but I wouldn't think that would have killed a shock already. 460lbs doesn't weigh that much more than a set of tool boxes or a ladder rack.

It is highly unlikely that the inch pound wrench goes anywhere
near the required torque settings. They are very high numbers
for some of the attachments in the system. The specs for the
shackles seem to be a bit lower than what you had in your
instructions.

Description Torque
Axle bumper 15-21 lb-ft
Spring U-bolt nuts 73-97 lb-ft
Shackle to frame bracket 73-97 lb-ft
Spring to frame 157-212 lb-ft
Spring to shackle bolt and nut 73-97 lb-ft

Lightning Vehicles

Link assembly nuts 76 lb-ft
Stabilizer bar U-bolt nuts 35 lb-ft
Splayed right shock bracket nuts 35 lb-ft

Thanks! I may try to buy/borrow a torque wrench so I will feel better about it.
