The truck has low jack and viper alarm

The Audi dealer is saying around 19K now for the truck. I owe a little over 20K and would be happy with a wash if I trade it in stock and sell the aftermarket parts.

This is the first car I will be selling ( owned 3 , wrecked 3) so I am not too sure what would give or take value when selling / trading.

I'd try to sell it privately, but it may be better to sell the mods and trade the truck. Just put it up for sale for a few weeks, if that doesn't work, strip the mods and trade it.
