I just did the Kooks, the passanger side was a bit more tricky for sure..
I don't get the gaskets keep falling out? Are you using the stock ones or after market?
Are you saying the header is lined up but you can't get the bolts in?

I've done Dynatechs and LFP's on my truck; the Dynatechs were definitely the easier of the two to install.

On the passenger side they come up from underneath, didn't have to remove anything. They sent me gaskets like the factory metal ones where you could start the two end bolts in the headers THEN put the gaskets in; much easier that way. There was a bolt or two on that side that were fun to get in and tightened up, but other than that it went pretty well. I do have a car lift too though, and that undoubtably helps.

You do have the inner fenderwell removed, right?

It took me and a buddy 3.5 hours to install the Dynatech's on my Lightning and we've been in the auto business for years. We have
lifts and all the nec. tools we needed, so if your doing this in your driveway or garage on jack stands, Id plan on making a day of it.
If you havent already, I would remove the front tires and RF fenderwell, make for alot easier access. Just take your time and dont get in a big hurry. The sound is to die for!! Ive had several compliments on the sound already. Good luck!!!!!
