When i start up my L sometimes it lags a little bit and doesnt turn over like it should, is there a problem with my starter or maybe spark plug?

 

Sounds more like a battery and/or alternator issue... Unless your battery is brand new, I would check that first...

 

my truck does something simular to whats your describing. right when you let off the key, it idles rough(200-400 rpm) and then revs. just like normal. i've looked for an answer for the problem before, and the only reasonable suggestion i recieved was a problem with the cam sensor. maybe someone could elaborate?

i tried to get the dealer to look at it, but the only problem was that it dosent do it all the time, and while i was at the dealership i couldnt get the truck to do it.

 

yeah sometimes it wont do it, it only happens maybe 1 outa 5 starts or someting.

the battery isnt new on it so ill try that out first.

 

my trucks done it since day one. have a 03. dosnt bother me anymore so..........

are talking about, after the starter disengages the truck slightly stumbles as it approaches idle.....? like VVIZARD675 has described ?, if yes, its not your battery.


or do you still have the starter engaged and it is turning over slow ? if yes, it might be your battery or battery connections.
