What tire size do you guys recommend for a 20/22in rim on the L?

I have 20X9" wheels and am running 295/40/20s. The overall tire diameter is ~1" larger than the 295/45/18 F1s. Ride is still good.

I have 22" rims on my lightning with 295/30/22 tires, ride suffers a little bit, other than that everything is ok. Handling power, ect. The only thing i noticed was a difference in braking, which i will be up grading over the winter
